Adult Small Group Training

Achieve specific fitness goals with an experienced trainer in a community setting. Strength training, cardio, and a mix of training formats and equipment to build up fitness.

Teen Athletic Training

Athletic Training Protocol: conditioning, strength, and nutrition for ages 12 & up. Ath- letes progress through individual programs in a supportive group setting with account- ability & healthy competition.

Rocksteady Boxing

Non-contact boxing-inspired fitness for people with Parkinson’s disease. No boxing experience needed. All ages & fitness levels welcome. Assessment required.

Silver Sneakers

SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that’s included with many Medicare Plans. Improve balance, endurance, & strength in a less-intense format. Seated exercises & some standing work as strength improves. All fitness levels are welcome.

Dance

Dance classes that are low-impact aerobic exercises such as salsa, jazz, tap, martial arts style of dance, ballroom or chair aerobics are great classes to join as you can work at your own pace.

Yoga

Yoga accessible for all! Challenging class that’s gentle enough for people with arthritis & knee replacements. Modifications shown to meet all physical needs. All fitness levels are welcome.
